FAQ
Each HTTP request to /v1/reputation, /v1/assess, /v1/sessions, or /v1/credentials counts as one API call. Your monthly quota is measured in API calls.
Free includes 20 assess/month (GET /v1/reputation grade + score) at 1 req/sec. Starter ($49/mo) adds POST /v1/assess, AgentScore Gate, verification sessions, operator credentials, full reputation, and 500 assess/month. Growth ($299/mo) adds the production Commerce SDK, captureWallet attribution, and 5,000 assess/month. Scale ($1,499/mo) adds the cross-merchant attribution read API, a 99.9% SLA, and 50,000 assess/month.
By default every plan hard-stops at its included assess quota. Paid plans can turn on metered overage in settings: once enabled, they keep serving past the cap and bill $0.02 per assess (Starter, Growth) or $0.015 (Scale). Overage is opt-in, so you are never billed past your plan unless you choose to be.
Add compliance fields to your assess policy (require_kyc, sanctions, age, jurisdiction). Same endpoint, same call. Returns allow/deny with per-rule results.
The Passport is free for buyers on every plan. On the merchant side, Free includes 5 Passport verifications per month; Starter and above include unlimited verifications. Merchants pay to check Passport status via the assess API.
Derived decisions only: allow/deny, verified yes or no, age bracket, country-level jurisdiction, sanctions clear. Never your name, address, date of birth, or documents. IDs are never stored.
You get a 429 with a quota_exceeded error code. Free, and any plan that has not turned on overage, stops until the next cycle. Plans with overage enabled keep serving and bill the metered rate.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and your bill is prorated.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
