Acceptable Data Use Policy

1. What Service Data Includes

Service Data includes, but is not limited to: allow or deny decisions and their reasons, verification status, policy results, sanctions screening results, linked wallet addresses, and any other data returned through the Service.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Service Data for lawful purposes, including:

• Deciding whether to transact with an AI agent or the person behind it
• Integrating decisions into your checkout, applications, or platforms
• Meeting your own compliance rules, such as age, sanctions, and jurisdiction requirements
• Building middleware, gating tools, or access-control systems that reference Service Data

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Service Data to:

• Discriminate unlawfully: Use Service Data as the basis for decisions that would violate any applicable anti-discrimination law or regulation
• Harass, target, or harm: Identify, dox, harass, stalk, or target individuals or entities associated with wallet addresses or agent identities
• Facilitate fraud or illegal activity: Use Service Data to enable, assist, or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any other unlawful activity
• Misrepresent results: Present modified, fabricated, or selectively edited Service Data as official AgentScore output
• Build a competing service: Systematically scrape, mirror, or redistribute Service Data to operate a substantially similar service
• Circumvent access controls: Exceed rate limits, use multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, or attempt to extract the full dataset through automated means beyond normal API usage

4. Data Sources & Limitations

Service Data comes from identity verification providers, sanctions lists, and the information the person being verified provides. We keep the decisions that result, not the identity documents behind them.

Results reflect the information available at the time of the check and may be incomplete or out of date. They are not endorsements, certifications, guarantees, legal or financial advice, or credit ratings.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Service Data is provided “as is” without any warranty. AgentScore, Inc. makes no representations about accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You assume all risk associated with your use of Service Data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentScore, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, Service Data including but not limited to financial losses, reputational harm, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentScore, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Service Data in violation of this Policy or applicable law.

6. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Determining whether Service Data is appropriate for your use case
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Any decisions or actions you take based on Service Data

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates this Policy, without notice. We may also report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of Service Data after changes constitutes acceptance.
