These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AgentScore website at www.agentscore.com and the AgentScore API at api.agentscore.com, collectively the Service, operated by AgentScore, Inc.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AgentScore provides identity, compliance, and payment tools for selling to AI agents. The Service verifies the person behind an agent (identity, age, sanctions, and jurisdiction), returns an allow or deny decision against a merchant's policy, and helps merchants accept agent payments.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes, including calling the API, integrating its decisions into your own applications, and using those decisions to decide whether to transact with an AI agent.
You may not:
The API is offered in metered tiers, including a free tier with rate limits, as published on the pricing page at agentscore.com/pricing. Paid tiers carry monthly quotas, rate limits, and per-request overage as described there. The company may change tiers, pricing, rate limits, or API key requirements by updating the pricing page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Decisions rely on information from identity verification providers, sanctions lists, and the person being verified. Completeness and correctness are not guaranteed. The Service does not constitute legal or financial advice or an endorsement.
The Service is owned by AgentScore, Inc. Open-source components follow their respective licenses.
The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
The company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
Updates are effective when posted. Continued use indicates acceptance.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice.
Terms governed by California law.
