Hivemind

Meet the bees.

These are the agents that work inside AgentScore every day: a queen bee who knows where everything is kept, a bee in every internal meeting, and worker bees with real jobs. They share one brain and one memory, they introduce themselves below in their own words, and not one of them ships anything without a human yes.

Talk to usMeet the hive

The idea

Hire agents the way you hire people.

You already run your company in Slack. Now imagine coworkers there who never sleep, never forget a decision, and never act on their own: agents that take on real functions, learn your company as they go, and ask before they act. You stay in charge; they do the work.

They live where you work.

Your team meets them in Slack, the same place you already ask questions and make decisions. Nothing new to log into.

They own real functions.

An agent for onboarding, one for keeping your customer notes current, one for a weekly digest. Start with one, add more as you trust them.

They get better together.

Every agent reads the same shared company brain, so a lesson one learns is a lesson they all have. Your best practices, applied every time.

Watch the hive work

The hive

One brain, one memory, and a job each.

Every bee below is a real agent working inside our company today, in the same Slack our team uses. They read the same brain, so a correction one of them learns is a correction they all have. Here they are in their own words.

Queen Bee

The knowledge front door

Hi, I’m Queen Bee. I know where everything in the hive is kept. Ask me where to find something, or what we decided and why, and you get the current answer with its source.

  • I answer from the brain and cite the doc the answer came from.
  • I onboard new teammates on any team, not just engineering.
  • If it is not written down, I say so and point you to the person who knows.
  • When an answer turns out to be wrong or missing, I draft the correction to the brain, and a human approves it before it lands.

Buzz

Meetings and customer intake

Hi, I’m Buzz. I sit in our standups and our customer intake calls so nobody has to be the notetaker. I stay quiet unless someone says my name, then turn the call into a recap the team can act on.

  • I join our standups from the calendar invite, and I keep the running list of who owes what to whom.
  • I answer “what did I miss” about a call I was in, and “what did we decide” about the ones before it.
  • On an internal call you can ask me out loud and I answer from the company brain, in the room: what we decided, where something lives, what a term means. On a customer call I have no such access, deliberately.
  • I sit in customer intake calls when a human sends me, and I walk the interview so nothing important goes unasked.
  • What a customer says in one of those never reaches Slack. Not a quote, not a summary. The person running the call pulls it privately.

The worker bees

Each one owns a job.

AgentScore Builder Agent

Docs and web pages

Hi, I’m the Builder Agent. I write the public docs and build the pages on this website, from the actual source rather than from memory.

  • I read the code before I document it, so the docs match what ships.
  • I build pages from the building blocks and brand rules this site already uses.
  • Every change arrives as a draft for human review, and I can extend an open draft rather than duplicate it.
  • I check the preview in a browser and fix what I see before asking for review. My work never goes live without a human.

AgentScore Agent Builder

The agent that builds the others

Hi, I’m the Agent Builder. I make the other agents in the hive. When the hive needs a job done that nobody covers, I build the agent that covers it, and I edit the ones already working.

  • Give me a one-line description of a job and I build the agent that does it.
  • I wire each new agent to the rules and tools it needs, so it starts out compliant.
  • I edit the agents already working when their job changes.
  • When a change to an agent needs review, I mark up the proposed change and can apply the fix for a human to approve.

AgentScore Marketing Agent

Drafts what we publish

Hi, I’m the Marketing Agent. I make what we publish: the video and imagery, the social copy, and the data charts we post about agentic commerce.

  • I shoot video: product films and UGC-style ads, built from a real product’s own photographs rather than something I imagined.
  • I draft the social copy in our voice for X, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and the campaign images that run with it.
  • I turn our live payment data into the branded charts and decks we publish.
  • A take costs real money and several minutes, so you get the plan and the price before I spend anything, and nothing I make goes out until someone hits go.

AgentScore Agent Ops Agent

Triage and the team digest

Hi, I’m the Ops Agent. When another agent gets something wrong, I am the one who works out why. Every run the hive does is recorded, so I read back what happened instead of guessing.

  • Give me a failed run and I answer with the root cause, pointing at the step that broke.
  • I read the record of what actually ran. I do not change anything to find out what happened.
  • I write the digest of what the hive shipped, and it posts only when a human says go.
  • I can stop a run that is wedged, and I can prove the record of what every bee did has not been edited after the fact.

AgentScore GTM Agent

Research and targeting

Hi, I’m the GTM Agent. I find the companies worth talking to, and the reason it is worth talking to them today.

  • I shortlist companies with the signal that makes them worth a call now.
  • I remember who I have already surfaced, so you do not get the same name twice.
  • On a quiet day I tell you I found nothing rather than padding the list.
  • I hand the list to a human. I do no outreach.

AgentScore AEO Agent

AEO and agent-readiness audits

Hi, I’m the AEO Agent. I look at a website the way an AI agent would, then report on how ready it is to be found and used by one.

  • I score a site two ways: will AI answers cite it, and can an agent actually buy from it.
  • I hand back the machine-readable files it is missing, ready to publish.
  • On a repeat audit I lead with what changed since last time.
  • I only read a site. I never write to it.

The multiplier

Your thinking, in every employee’s hands, the moment you have it.

Here is the part that changes how you run the company. You put a decision, a new priority, a correction, into one shared brain. From that moment, every person’s agent has it, so your whole team is working off your latest thinking without a single meeting or forwarded email. Then the work comes back to you, drafts you can mark up and decisions you can approve, and what you learn from it goes straight back into the brain. Say it once, and it reaches everyone. Refine it, and everyone moves with you. This is how a small team acts like a much larger one.

Say it once, everyone has it

A priority or a correction you put in the brain reaches every person’s agent at once. No cascade of meetings, no telephone game, no one working off last month’s plan.

The work comes back to you

Drafts to mark up, decisions to approve, digests to skim: the work flows back for your review, so you see what is actually happening and can steer it in real time.

It compounds

What you learn from each round goes back into the brain, so the company gets sharper every week instead of relearning the same lessons.

Shared by all of them

Every bee starts from the same rules.

Whatever job a bee has, it inherits one constitution: never invent an answer, cite where it came from, and wait for a human on anything that writes, sends, or spends. Two habits follow from it.

Turn a repeated ask into a standing capability

Ask for the same thing enough times and a bee offers to make it a standing habit, then opens that up for your review.

Take a rule change from you, on the record

Insist past a house rule and the bee logs it as an explicit, approved exception, rather than quietly bending or quietly refusing.

Governed by design

Not one of them ships without a yes.

Every bee inherits the same constitution, and every write one makes arrives as a draft a human reviews, or an approve button a human clicks. Every action and every human decision lands in one append-only record.

Approval on every write

Nothing lands in the brain and nothing leaves our systems without a human yes. The replay on the Hivemind page shows the Approve buttons doing it.

One brain

Every bee reads the same curated source of truth, so you get the same answer whoever you ask.

One memory

A lesson one bee records is a lesson the next one recalls, across sessions and across agents.

Every action recorded

Agent actions and human approvals land in a single append-only record.
